The new poster of super hit director Tarun Murthy’s Mohanlal starrer “Thudarum” is out. Mohanlal’s old vintage look is what fans feel when they see this poster. Mohanlal himself has shared the poster of the movie for his fans through his Facebook page. Fans are happy to see Mohanlal in his native look. Mohanlal plays the role of an ordinary taxi driver in “Thudarum”.
Shobhana is the heroine of the film. After 15 years, Mohanlal and Shobhana will act together in the movie “Thudarum”. Before this, they were acted together in Sagar Elias Jackie” which was released on 2009. “Thudarum” is directed by Tarun Murthy, one of the leading young directors in Malayalam. Tarun Murthy’s films Operation Jawa (2021) and Saudi Vellakka (2022) were huge hits at the box office. That’s why the fans of Lalettan are waiting for “Thudarum” with great anticipation. The film is scheduled to release in January 30th, 2025.
“Thudarum” is Mohanlal’s 360th film in his career. Mohanlal is playing the role of Shanmugam, an ordinary taxi driver in this film. A hard-working taxi driver with a wife and children and good friends at home and loved by the locals. After a long time, Mohanlal is playing the role of a commoner. The film also stars Binu Pappu, Farhan Fazil and Maniyanpilla Raju along with many new faces.
The story of the film is by KR Sunil. The screenplay is written by Tarun Murthy and KR Sunil. “Tudarum” is produced by M. Ranjith in the banner of Rajaputhra films.
